- Pokemon Go’s ultimate event of 2017 kicks off as of late at 1pm PST
- The holiday-themed event introduces new Pokemon, pieces, and day-to-day rewards
- The event is ready to finish on December 25th
Niantic is encouraging Pokémon Go gamers to get into the vacation spirit with a winter-themed event that introduces all new water and ice-type monsters, and a 2nd likelihood to catch the collection’ mascot, Pikachu, dressed in a suitably festive Santa hat.
The vacation event begins as of late at 1pm PST, at which period you’ll have the ability to move out and catch much more Pokémon from the Hoenn area. The party is ready to finish on December 25th, so if you wish to clutch your self one in all the new monsters you’ll want to act rapid!
Niantic has been slowly including creatures from Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire – the 3rd era of Pokémon video games at the beginning made for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance – over the previous few months, beginning with the Halloween event.
A promotional symbol launched via Niantic (above) suggests Sharpedo, Snorunt, Feebas, Wailmer, Relicanth, and Milotic will all seem in the event, in addition to the mythical Pokémon Kyogre, which we think will probably be added to the Legendary Raid rotation.
For on a daily basis of the event, you’ll obtain a single-use Egg Incubator while you spin your first PokéStop. Special merchandise containers can be made to be had in the in-game retailer. Niantic says those will be offering a few of the “best deals of the year” on Super Incubators, Lure Modules, and Star Pieces – a new merchandise which will increase Stardust beneficial properties for part an hour.
Will you be heading out into the chilly to catch your self some new pocket friends? Let us know in the feedback.
